#1. This is the page Title. It will also be the link in the navigation so keep it short.
#2. Type or paste copy here. Edit with the buttons above like Word.
#3. Insert Photos, movies or sound here. Upload your media in the media Gallery first, #6, and then use these buttons to choose to insert. After you choose, In the window you can title your picture, description, these two are for search engines and then you can put in a caption that will show if you like. Also you can choose how to align your image in this window.

#4. Posts - Add a new one, or edit what is there. For a Post make sure to choose a category #11 or create a new
one #14.
#5. Create a new category for posts, same as #14. These will show in navigation, keep them simple.
#6. Media Gallery - Upload all media and photos here. Add New, browse your computer upload. Photos do not have to be bigger than 500k or they will create longer load times. Add Title and Description for search engines. Add a caption that will show if you want.

#7. Link to your favorite sites, don't have to use this. If you link to a site make sure it links to you. These may show up in your nav.
#8. Pages - Same interface as this, do not have to choose category. Will show up in navigation.
#9. Comments - If you allow comments on your posts and pages, they will all show up here. You can edit, allow or delete them!

#12. Name, this is for search engines, 6-8 descriptive Keywords Here
#13. Value - SEO description here. 15 words of keyword rich description.
#14. Create a new category for your posts here . Same as #5.
#15. Choose to allow or not allow comments on your posts and pages. Kepp trackbacks and pings checked.
